The overall experience was excellent. The only reason I gave it a 4 was because the service representative mentioned that they would top off the def. As I was leaving I checked the level and it had not been topped off. I went back in and mentioned it to the service representative and he took care of it right away which I appreciate.

My appointment was at 10 A.M. It took 1 hour and 20 minutes to put the spare tire on. I had my baby with me and was told it would take 30 minutes. It did not. Had the worker known it wouldn’t take 30 minutes he should Have let me know so I could have a friend drive me home. Aside from that you were going to charge me nearly $50 initially to “patch up” my tire when Les Schwab would’ve done it free of charge. It’s very unfortunate I’ve never had a positive experience other than purchasing my $90,000 suburban.

Great service Joe is the best very knowledgeable the only problem I had is one of the mechanics chip the paint on the passenger front door at the outside bottom corner I think it was from the lift
