    Tim, in the Service Department, demonstrated an effective "proactive" customer oriented service approach. His courtesy and efficiency embodied the standards of Professional Conduct. In contrast to the positive experience with the McCurley Dealership in Tri-Cities, the Chevrolet dealership in Walla Walla, Washington, failed in every aspect of Professionalism. I would have expected as much from a corner "rock-lot", but not from a 'certified dealership'. Unfortunately for them, they confirmed my decision NOT to purchase a new HD model from them or have even simple maintenance performed. Their attitude was one of indifference, apathtic at best. Failure to accomplish simple tasks in a professional capacity indicates a lack of capacity to address and resolve greater challenges. As a result, I lost complete faith and confidence in the Walla Walla 'Dealership'. I'll drive by, but never stop.. As a direct result of Tim and the entire Service Department's professionalism and competency, at McCurley Autoplex, I will continue to have my vehicles serviced there. Who knows, I just might purchase a new Chevy Silverado from them....

    My appt was for 8am, by 10 they hadn't even looked at my car. It was later in the afternoon they provided an estimate. Why have an 8am appt if they didn't look at my car till later in the day. I sat there waiting.

    I was just thinking about my dealership with McCURLEY, has been since about 2006. I have never had a problem with employees. Customer service, parts department, salespeople. I just got a 2002 Trailer Bleazer is serviced there now. I would recommend McCURLEY to anyone.

    I made the appointment, took the car in and left it there, I discussed my concerns with the service representative, Later the same day I received a call telling me what was found and I gave my approval to do what was necessary, Later that day I received a call saying my car was finished. I was amazed at how quickly the work was done. And even better the cost was less than the estimate which was a nice surprise. Good job!
